Melissa - Melissa Phelps - Icon Property Group

Sustainability is engrained into my decision making processes as the current Principle for the Icon Property Group property brand.

The Holistic development of the entire team is one of my top priorities. This objective has hidden within it many challenges, but as a avid trail runner, and having recently completed the 13 peaks challenge in Cape Town, I welcome those challenges, because I am fueled by the end result.
